Check the number on your device

AirPods

On your iPhone

  1. Go to Settings, then tap Bluetooth. Or go to Settings, then tap the name of your AirPods.
  2. Find your AirPods in the list. If they aren't there, pair them to your device.
  3. Tap the More Info button next to your AirPods.
  4. If your device doesn't have iOS 14 or iPadOS 14 or later and your AirPods are connected: go to Settings > General > About, scroll down to the name of your AirPods, and tap it.

On the AirPods

  • AirPods or AirPods Pro: the model number is on the underside of each AirPod and starts with the letter A.
  • AirPods Max: the model number is behind the cushion on the left ear cup.
